Wow, awesome job here! Brock makes for a great Mii subject as his characteristics are fairly simple.
From the creator:
“I think my version of Brock (from Pokemón) is pretty close to the original. If you’d like to make your own Brock, just follow these steps:”
1. Body: He’s a little taller than his friends (Ash and the others) on Pokemón. So, slide the height bar to the right, close to the end. The weight bar can be set to the middle (I prefer slightly to the left of the middle).
2. Head: Column 1 - Row 4. The color is on column 2 - row 2 of the color bar.
3. Hair: Page 1 - Column 3 - Row 4. Color: dark brown.
4. Eyebrows: Page 1 - Column 1 - Row 1. Put it a little down (Brock has a large forehead). Color: dark brown.
5. Eyes: Page 1 - Column 2 - Row 3. Color: black. Put the eyes right below the eyebrows.
6. Nose: Column 1 - Row 1. Can be put 3 steps below the line of the eyes. Size: small, but not minimum.
7. Mouth: Page 2 - Column 2 - Row 3. Below the nose.
8. Favorite Color: Green. Birthday: dunno.

This isn’t that great to be honest. Try this out for a better looking Brock:
Height: About 3 quarters of the height bar (between Middle and Tall). He’s fairly tall.
Weight: Slightly to the left of middle.
Head: Column 1, row 3. Sure his chin looks flat in that anime picture, but this one works better, trust me. Color: column 3, Row 1. He isnt that dark skinned!
Hair: Page 1, column 3, row 4. Color : column 2, row 1.
Eyebrows: Page 1, Column 3, row 2. Color : column 2, row 1.
Eyes: Page 1, Column 2, row 3. Enlarge to Full size. Seperate by 1.
Nose: Column 1, Row 1. Shrink by 1.
Mouth: Page 1, Column 2, Row 2.
Favourite Color: Green.
Birthday: Unknown
