how do you download genesis for the action replay v1.00 for gamecube in the sd card for the sd adapter

excuse me but this is probably rhe stupidest question
but it says:Emulators for Gamecube that will work this way include emulators for SNES, Genesis, GameBoy Advance, Gameboy Color, PC Engine and NES and also a port of Doom.

does this mean:
i can download wii games and put it on the sd card?

i can download gamecube games, put it on the SD card, and play normaly?

and does it also mean i can play pc games on my wii?

okay i have read about this alot i have been wondering about a couple things

First
is this going to mess up my Wii? and can i still play game cube games after i do this?

second
so i could play any thing?
how about sega genisis?
