i am in the under warter temple it’s never happend to me however my loading has slowed down when i go through doors that might be a glitch as well.

I had a similar frustrating situation: just after the bridge of eldin collapsed, in twilight, I saved the game and then explored a bit before turning the game off. When I loaded my save it popped me out at the entrance to the field on the Kakariko side, in otherwords on the wrong side of the now-collapsed bridge. All paths were blocked with twilight walls, so I was forced to reload from a save several hours earlier.
